• GIZ/CIM/EU - Legal and judicial reform in Cambodia: Introduced a comprehensive administrative law system and a legal aid policy supported legal and judicial reform implementation.
• GIZ-DRM - Domestic resources in Indonesia: Developed an RIA framework for fiscal policies.

Legislative and Policy Drafting

•  ADB TA, SME Development (Phase 1 and 2): Introduced RIA on the national level, assessed the business environment, reviewed the business licenses system.
• GIZ SMEDSEP, RED (Phase I and II): Introduced RIA on a sub-national level, reviewed the local business environment, and trained government officials in regulatory review.
• EU Aceh Local Governance Programme: Introduced RIA on the provincial level, reviewed the provincial business environment, and trained government officials in regulatory review.

Legal Review

• GIZ-CEGGA: Reviewed the petition and the human rights situation in Lao PDR and recommended changes.
• World Bank/SC: Reviewed the business environment governing tourism recommended changes.
• GIZ-PAM: Reviewed the German Migration Law and recommended changes.
• GIZ: Reviewed Cambodia's administrative and judicial law system and proposed a comprehensive administrative law system.

Consultation Tax Law, Business Law and Host Country Agreements

• GIZ IS Taxation  of GIZ-IS under the cooperation agreement, tax and business laws.
• ASEAN Secretariat: Assessment of the Host Country Agreement and negotiation of new HCA.
• ADB and GIZ: Review of  tax reforms and their impact on business
• ADB and  GIZ: Review of business laws and their impact on business

Market and Business Environment

• ADB TA, SME Development (Phase 1 and 2), assessed the business environment in Indonesia and four districts
• ADB TA, SME Development improving the business environment in Bhutan  assessed the business environment
• GIZ SMEDSEP, RED (Phase I and II)  assessessed the business environment in eight districts.
